Provision of information and consent to the processing of personal data according to the GDPR

Based on the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data, which entered into force on May 25, 2018, this regulation applies to the processing of personal data of natural persons to whom we provide the relevant specific service, in accordance with our business activity. As the administrator of personal data - business firm Dateio s.r.o., registered office Prague 5, Košíře, Beníškové 1285/7, ID 02216973, registered in the commercial register of the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 216820, we process your personal data, in particular to the extent and breakdown according to the nature of the services requested by you and provided by us, in such a way that this personal data is used as a minimum.

Which personal data are processed and how they are obtained

  • The personal data processed by Dateio are:
  • name, surname, date of birth and place of residence,
  • or registered office, identification number and tax identification number, or trading company,
  • email address and phone number.

With whom personal data is shared

The above personal data is shared with the supplier of the service ordered by you. Our suppliers are:

Purpose and duration of retention of personal data

We use personal data:

  • to communicate with you as the subject of personal data (customer of the service),
  • if it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract for the provision of the service and for the protection of our legitimate interests that are directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract, but not for marketing purposes,
  • we keep personal data only if one of the above-mentioned processing purposes lasts, and then only for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations, as archiving, especially for accounting and tax purposes.

Legal basis for personal data processing

The legal basis that allows us to process personal data depends on the purpose for which we process specific personal data. We are authorized to process personal data because:

  • it is necessary for the purposes of concluding (an order, booking confirmation, inquiry) or fulfilling a contract for the provision of a service,
  • it is necessary to comply with legal obligations,
  • it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests that are directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract.

To whom we provide personal data

We may provide personal data to:

  • to the final provider of the required service, if it was mediated by us - see the above list of suppliers,
  • authorities that are required to provide them, such as in particular law enforcement authorities, i.e., the police, courts,
  • to service providers who provide us with services related to our business, such as tax advisors, accountants, and in particular to protect our legitimate interests,
  • to other entities, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

What are your rights as a data subject?

In connection with the processing of the data subject's personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a service contract, the data subject has the following rights in particular:

  • the right to clear, transparent and understandable information about how we use personal data and what are the rights of the data subject,
  • the right to access personal data and provide additional information related to their processing by us,
  • the right to correct incorrect or incomplete personal data,
  • the right to delete personal data, if they are no longer necessary for further processing, were processed illegally, or must be deleted according to relevant legal regulations,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes or for our legitimate interests,
  • the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.cz.

How we protect your personal data

To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, which we emphasize in the context of the aforementioned regulation, we use technical and organizational measures, especially to protect against unauthorized access to data and their misuse, to ensure the security of our IT system and to restore data in the event of an incident. We regularly evaluate and update all measures.

By becoming familiar with these conditions and providing your personal data, you give us your consent to their processing to the above extent.
