Category 1 tickets (1XX)

GOURMET EXPERIENCE tickets include:

• priority access to the O2 universum via a special entrance,
• separate areas where you can wait in comfort until the event starts,
• refreshments throughout the performance and afterwards,
  (served for 90 minutes before and during the event, 60 minutes after the event, max until 12:00 p.m.).

Notes:

• Once ordered tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• The coordinator will give you more information.
• The purchaser has been advised that the final price is the sum of the ticket price, catering and related services.
• Up to the age of 15, the child must be accompanied by a parent, from 15 to 18 by an adult.
• In exceptional cases, a change may be suggested to you.

Ticket delivery:

• When you purchase a ticket through the Visa Experience Program, you will immediately receive an invoice as proof of payment and assurance that your tickets will be delivered to you before the event.
• Tickets will be delivered to you electronically no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
• We always try to deliver tickets as soon as possible, but it always depends on the conditions of the particular distributor. For large international events, tickets may be delivered several hours before the event.

*Ticket prices:

• We only provide tickets through verified, carefully selected distributors.
• We do not purchase tickets in advance, but only on the basis of confirmed and paid orders.
• We only provide premium and Category 1 tickets, not the cheapest options.
• In some cases, the price listed on the ticket may differ from the amount paid. The difference is due to the price quoted by the ticket distributor.
• Neither Visa nor Česká spořitelna increases the ticket price in any way.
