The Ládví Cobolis Brewery was built in the Ládví Culture House at the turn of 2017 and 2018. The original restaurant has been rebuilt from the ground up into a modern establishment combining industrial style with wood. The brewery itself is located in the basement of the building and the beer has been brewed there since May 2018. The brewmaster is the tireless worker and ever-smiling man like a mountain, Pavel Palouš. He is one of the top Czech brewers and his beers have won numerous awards.
The experience will only take place if the minimum capacity of 6 people is fulfilled. Otherwise, your money will be refunded.

A pro beer craft guide will be present throughout the evening to guide you through a presentation of beer styles from lagers to IPAs. You can chat with him about things like tapping, interesting facts about the beer business and different approaches to microbrewing. For example, you will learn the answers to the questions: Why has brewing been thriving in the Czech Republic since the early Middle Ages? Why do we have the highest per capita consumption of beer, and why will we not lose this title? How does a microbrewery work economically in the Czech Republic?
